📚 Our commitment: We create original questions, diagrams, and explanations specifically for NEET Biology preparation. Where we use third-party content, we give proper attribution and follow fair-use principles.
1. Ownership & Original Content
All content created by bioIQ — including but not limited to:
- Original MCQ questions and answer explanations
- Chapter summaries, flowcharts, and study guides
- Flashcard decks and practice sets
- Custom test series and PYQ adaptations
- Website design, code, and user interface
- Articles, analysis reports, and career guidance content

2. Third-Party Content & Attribution
Some materials on bioIQ reference or include content from other sources. We acknowledge and respect the ownership of these works:

NCERT Textbooks: Content is used for educational reference. We do not claim ownership of NCERT material, which is owned by the National Council of Educational Research and Training.

Previous Year Questions (PYQs): PYQs are sourced from publicly available NTA (National Testing Agency) papers. We compile, organize, and present them as a study resource. NTA retains all rights over original question papers.

Diagrams & Illustrations: Original diagrams are created by bioIQ. Where diagrams are adapted from standard textbooks, we provide appropriate citations.

Third-Party Links: Some resources (like Google Drive links) may contain material from other creators. We provide these as references; bioIQ does not claim ownership of externally hosted content.
⚠️ Fair Use Notice: We use third-party content under the fair-use provision of Indian copyright law (Section 52 of the Copyright Act, 1957) for the purpose of education, research, and critical commentary. 3. Student-Generated Content
When you use bioIQ, you create content of your own — including:
- Mistake Notebook: Your personal record of incorrect answers and notes.
- My Diary: Your private study reflections and journal entries.
- Practice data: Your scores, accuracy, and progress metrics.
All student-generated content belongs exclusively to you. bioIQ does not claim any ownership over this data. We store it locally in your browser or securely in your account (if you choose to create one). You have full control to view, edit, or delete it at any time.
4. Permissions & Licensing
If you wish to use any bioIQ original content beyond personal, non-commercial use — such as in educational materials, publications, or other platforms — you must obtain prior written permission from us. Please contact us at medxfarid@gmail.com with your request.

We use a combination of original artwork and royalty-free resources:
- Favicon & brand icons: Custom-designed for bioIQ.

- Logout icon: Custom asset owned by bioIQ.
