By using bioIQ, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or use account-only features.

1. What bioIQ provides

bioIQ is an educational study platform for Biology and NEET preparation. It provides reading material, practice questions, flashcards, tests, progress tracking, leaderboards, and related learning tools.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for keeping your username and password private.
One person should not use an account to impersonate another person or operate multiple deceptive accounts.
Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Acceptable use

Use bioIQ for lawful personal study and educational purposes.
Do not copy, scrape, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the platform or its question banks without written permission.
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, manipulate scores, or interfere with another user.
Do not upload or submit harmful code, abusive content, or information that violates another person’s rights.

4. Learning content

bioIQ content is provided for study support and may contain mistakes or become outdated. It is not a guarantee of examination results, admission, rank, medical advice, or professional advice. Always verify important academic information with your official syllabus and trusted sources.

5. Tests, scores, and leaderboards

Practice scores, ranks, XP, streaks, and leaderboard entries are educational or motivational features. They may be recalculated, corrected, reset, or removed when data is incomplete, duplicated, abusive, or technically affected.

6. Your data and privacy

Account information and synced learning data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request account deletion through the account controls or by contacting us.

7. Intellectual property

The bioIQ name, logo, interface, original content, software, and design belong to bioIQ or its licensors. These terms grant you permission to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, content, or access when needed for maintenance, safety, legal reasons, or product improvements. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, bioIQ is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not responsible for losses caused by outages, device or browser issues, third-party services, unauthorized account access caused by your actions, or reliance on study content.
